"Swimming in the Cenote"
This painting was completed in Puebla, Mexico and is inspired by the cenotes (natural water reserves) in Playa del Carmen. Cenotes are some of the most destinations in Mexico because of the beautiful turquoise and aqua waters. The sun pierces through often a bed of limestone making for an effervescent glow across the natural swimming pool.
